Dual Career Development

Doctoral researchers need relevant practical experience outside the university on their way to an UAS professorship. The collaborative postdoc programme enables prospective professors to work 50 per cent each at an external employer and at our university in an academic and practical capacity. Postdocs also gain their first teaching experience with four semester hours per week, which they can further develop as part of our UAS didactics.
