New Ideas for Tomorrow's Job Market

Networks strengthen the community, promote dialogue and are laboratories for new ideas. That's why we founded the Flexible Academic Careers Network to counteract the shortage of skilled workers in the Rhine-Main region. In exchange with companies, authorities, research institutes, associations and clubs, we develop innovative personnel sharing strategies that enable young professionals to pursue flexible career paths at the interface of science and practice. In addition, new channels are emerging for the mutual transfer of research and practical knowledge.

The network is an elementary part of the PROFfm personnel project, which we are implementing at our university as part of the federal and state program for FH-Personal by 2027.
