Legal process organization in businesses and corporations (Prof. Dr. Jäger)
Study on the development of tech applications in the area of legal protection insurance (Prof. Dr. Wendt): The focus of the study lies on the international development in the area of legal protection insurance while taking into account the effects of digitalization, especially so-called legal-tech applications. The study also investigates whether the different national legal framework conditions for legal protection insurers and the regulations that apply to legal-tech businesses have an impact on the quality of the services provided and the range of services offered. The project is sponsored by RIAD, the International Association of Legal Protection Insurance.
