Tutoring Basics: Introductory Training for Tutors (English)

In this workshop, we will take an in-depth look at your role as a tutor and clarify the tasks and responsibilities involved. You will learn how to successfully guide learning groups and deal with challenging situations. You will also learn how to give effective and supportive feedback in order to promote the students' learning process. Motivation and activation of learning groups are decisive factors for the success of a tutorial. In the workshop, we will discuss methods and strategies for creating a positive learning atmosphere and providing students with optimal support. You can look forward to a practice-oriented workshop that not only provides you with theoretical knowledge, but also gives you tools to conduct your tutorial.
