Handling of your data
1) Personal data:
Personal data are all information related to an identifiable or identifiable natural person according to Article 4 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). A natural person is considered directly or indirectly identifiable, particularly with classification of an identification such as name, identification number, location data, online identification data or to one or multiple particular features that express the physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of this natural person.
2) Contact form:
If you provide your personal data in form of a contact form, we use the data to complete our tasks in accordance with Art. 51, 57 EU-DSGVO, § 13 Hessian Law on Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HDSIG) and § 40 Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) exclusively for the purpose, for which you transferred your data: to answer your questions.
3.) Registration forms:
If you provide your personal data in the frame of an inquiry through our registration form (i.e. for events), we use this data in order to complete our tasks in accordance with Art. 51, 57 General Data Protection Regulation of the EU (EU-DSGVO), § 13 Hessian Law on Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HDSIG) and § 40 Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) exclusively for the purpose, for which you transferred your data: for processing your registration.
We use the extension Shariff, if there is the option to send a recommendation is at the end of a content page or news page.
a) If a bookmark is sent via email, no data is collected by the institution of higher education. The sending takes exclusively place via the email system of the person, who shares the article.
b) If the article is shared on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook (all American providers) or Xing (provider with headquarters in Germany), a data transfer to this social networks only occurs once the interface is used.
