Enrollment
Before you can be enrolled, you have to have successfully submitted an application on uni-assist.de and received an admission letter from us.
First complete the online enrollment in our portal FranCa. You can access the online enrollment via the button Request for enrollment.
Please make sure that your contact details are correct!
Please transfer the semester fee of € 355,88. It is crucial that you state the purpose for payment which is shown in the online enrollment! You can find the purpose for payment at the end of the online enrollment in step "semester fee to be paid".
After completing the online enrollment, you still need to upload and send your enrollment documents. We need these in order to be able to carry out your enrollment.
You can find the upload area in FranCa via the button Submit enrollment documents. We will show you which documents we need from you.
Please contact your German statutory health insurance as early as possible and have them issue a so-called "M10" notification as proof of insurance. You can find further information on our website on insurances.
After your arrival in Germany you can pick up your Study Chip during our open office hours. Please bring your ID card or passport.
If you are not able to come to the Student Services Center, we can send the Study Chip to your address in Germany. In this case please contact us via our customer portal.
