Every semester, numerous students in the individual departments and throughout the university support teaching at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences in a variety of ways as student or research assistants, tutors and mentors.

With a modular qualification program, we enable tutors and mentors to prepare for their work and to continue their professional development. We train them for their responsible role in topics such as didactics, group leadership, counseling techniques, appreciative communication and diversity.

The courses can also be attended by students who are not yet working as tutors, mentors or SHKs. The workshops give them a better idea of the activities at the university and prepare them intensively for them.

In addition, the workshops promote important social, professional and personal key skills that are also relevant for later professional life.
