Tutorial work

Every semester, numerous students support support teaching and learning at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences in a variety of ways as student assistants (SHKs), tutors and mentors.

With a modular qualification program, we prepare tutors and mentors for their work and promote their professional development. We train them for their responsible role in topics such as didactics, group leadership, counseling techniques, appreciative communication and diversity.

The courses can also be attended by students who are not yet working as tutors, mentors or student assistants. The workshops give them a better idea of the student jobs at the university and prepare them intensively for them.

In addition, the workshops promote important social, professional and personal key skills that are also relevant for later professional life.
